Title to the goods (ownership) passes to you only when we deliver the goods to the shipping address and you accept them.

If you believe the order confirmation or invoice contains an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to the Shipping & Return Policy described above.

You must provide complete and accurate shipping information. We do not accept liability for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address, wrong PIN code, or recipient unavailability. (See comparable terms in major jewellery brands.)

In cases of non-delivery due to your fault (wrong address, refusal, etc.), we reserve the right to charge additional delivery cost or cancel the order.
Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the Shipping & Return Policy.

Once approved, refunds will be issued as per the payment method used. We reserve the right to adjust refunds for promotional discounts or partial returns (as found in leading e-commerce jewellery policies).
