Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed and will follow the return process.
Pre-dispatch cancellations, once approved, are refunded to the original payment method within normal processing timelines.
Return Window & Eligibility
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
Products must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing by unauthorised parties.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact us via email at contact@luxme.co.in or call +91 8077170605 within the return window.
Provide your order number, invoice, and reason for return or exchange. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
Inspection, Refunds & Exchanges
Returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit) within 5–7 working days after verification.
For exchanges, once inspection is complete, the replacement item will be dispatched. If the replacement is of higher value, the difference is payable; if lower, the difference may be refunded or issued as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items

Customised, engraved, or made-to-order items.

Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales where non-returnable is specified.

Items resized, altered, or repaired by unauthorised sources.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund (including applicable shipping charges).
Return Shipping & Responsibility
Unless otherwise specified at purchase, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Ensure the product is securely packed in original packaging and sent via an insured, trackable courier service.
