Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines & Coverage
Domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and courier serviceability.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping within India is complimentary, unless otherwise specified at checkout or during promotional offers.
Packaging & Verification
All shipments are packed in tamper-evident luxury packaging designed to protect the product and maintain the premium unboxing experience.
Delivery partners may request a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
Please inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting delivery. If you notice any issues, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Tracking & Updates
Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Order-status updates remain available until the shipment is delivered.
Missed / Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the courier may attempt redelivery.
Re-delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled at our discretion. Any refund, if applicable, will exclude shipping or handling costs already incurred.
Risk & Title
Risk and title of goods transfer to you upon delivery at the designated address.
